Privacy policy
Last updated 16 September 2026 (cookies section added)
This policy explains what happens to your personal data when you visit this website or sign up for news about the House of Jung × SOMA Breath breath rave at fabric London.
Who we are
This website and waitlist are run by House of Jung SL, Plaza de los Mostenses 7, 6º B Int., 28015 Madrid, Spain (“House of Jung”, “we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described here.
Questions or requests about your data: info@houseofjung.org.
What we collect
- Your email address, when you sign up.
- How you found us. If the link you followed contained campaign tags (for example “utm_source=instagram”), we store those tags with your sign-up.
- Standard server logs. Our hosting provider automatically records technical details of requests to the site, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested.
- Advertising measurement, only if you accept cookies. See Cookies below.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To email you about House of Jung × SOMA Breath events, including when dates are announced and tickets go on sale. Our lawful basis is your consent, given when you sign up. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To understand which of our campaigns bring people to the waitlist, using the campaign tags above. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running and improving our marketing.
- To measure how our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ads perform, if you accept cookies. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To keep the website secure and working, using server logs. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in protecting the site.
Who we share it with
We never sell your data. We use these service providers, who process it only on our instructions:
- Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France) stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
- Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts this website and processes server logs. Transfers to the US are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK Extension) and by standard contractual clauses.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd receives data from the Meta Pixel if you accept cookies (see below). For that data, Meta and House of Jung are joint controllers, and Meta may transfer it to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
We do not currently share the waitlist with SOMA Breath or anyone else. We will not share it with SOMA Breath, or any other organisation for their own use, without first asking for your consent.
Cookies
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept cookies. If you decline, or don’t choose, no cookies are set and nothing is sent to Meta.
If you accept, we load the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies (such as
_fbp, kept for up to 90 days) and tells Meta that you visited this page and, if
you sign up, that a sign-up happened. When you sign up, our server also sends that sign-up
to Meta directly (Meta’s Conversions API), with your email address in hashed form, your IP
address and browser details, so it is counted accurately. We use this to measure our Facebook
and Instagram ads.
Meta may combine it with information it already holds about you, under
Meta’s privacy policy.
We remember your choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask on every visit. You can change your mind at any time using Cookie settings at the bottom of the home page.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address and campaign tags until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and in any case for no longer than 12 months after the last event in this series. Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a short period, typically no more than 30 days.
Your rights
Under data protection law (the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Spain’s Organic Law 3/2018, and for people in the UK, the UK GDPR) you have the right to:
- ask for a copy of the data we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or delete it;
- object to, or ask us to restrict, how we use it;
- receive it in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, using the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or by emailing us.
To use any of these rights, email info@houseofjung.org. We will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es), to the data protection authority where you live or, in the UK, to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113). We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your data, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will email the waitlist before it takes effect.
